| Brambling Lake and Lute Lake |

Charming Brambling Lake and Lute Lake well set off by the blue sky are located near the city-wall to the north of Zhongshan city-gate. Brambling Lake, commonly called Qianhu Lake, was very large in the past. When Zhu Yuanzhang had the imperial palace built and the capital enlarged in the early Ming dynasty, more than half of Brambling Lake was filled up, hence leading to the story of “Moving three mountains to fill in Brambling Lake.” |

Situated at Bancangcun village outside Taiping city-gate, Xu Da’s tomb is the best preserved tomb among all those tombs of meritorious generals of the Ming dynasty. There is a tomb-path tablet, 8.95 meters high,2 meters wide and 0.7 meters thick. The tomb-path is orderly flanked by stone horses, stone grooms, stone sheep, stone tigers, stone officials and stone warriors in pairs.

The Tomb of Li Wenzhong, a meritorious general of the Ming dynasty
Located near Jiangwangmiao outside Taiping city-gate, this tomb, smaller in scale, is the same as Xu Da’s tomb in style. It is flanked by a tomb-path tablet, stone horses, stone sheep, stone tigers, stone officials and stone warriors.

The Tomb of Chang Yuchun and the Tomb of Qiu Cheng, meritorious generals of the Ming dynasty
Chang Yuchun’s tomb is situated at Baimacun village outside Taiping city-gate. In front of the tomb, there is a stone horse, a stone-viewing column while the tomb-path is flanked by a pair of stone sheep, a pair of stone tigers and a pair of stone warriors. Qiu Cheng’s tomb is located in the north, about 100 meters away from Chang Yuchun’s tomb. There is a stone human figure, a stone tiger, a stone sheep and a stone horse.

The Tomb of Wu Liang and the Tomb Wu Zhen, meritorious officers of the Ming dynasty
As brothers, their tombs lie in Nanjing Film Machinery Factory at Bancangcun village. There is a pair of stone human figures, a pair of stone tigers, a pair of stone sheep and a stone turtle in front of Wu Liang’s tomb. There is a pair of stone horses, a pair of stone tigers, a pair of stone sheep and a pair of stone human figures in front of Wu Zhen’s tomb.

| The Art World of Red Mansions |

It is a landscape garden built on one side of Plum-Blossom Hill, according to the scene described in the main chapters of “The Dream of Red Mansions”, a famous literary novel of China. The garden sees wavering bamboo, charming trees, zigzag bridges and verandas. Wonder and scenery are almost everywhere, making tourists linger on affectionately.
