 Endeavoring to create “A national AAAAA tourist area” and “A national civilized scenic and tourist area”, Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s Mausoleum Administration is trying to practice socialist concept regarding honor and disgrace,persistently promote the development of creditability in tourism so as to bring about a convenient and comfortable environment as well as foster an image of civilization and courtesy in its service in the spirit of“Universal fraternity, creditability, practicality and innovation. In addition, it is making efforts to establish scientific and reasonable regulations as well as offer satisfactory, comfortable and safe service to tourists. Now, it has made solemn promise to all walks of life and tourists as follows:
Rotection and management by law exerted:
Efforts are made to strictly observe national laws and decrees as well as related regulations of tourism, while exerting administration and management by law through creditable service.
Ological quality enhanced:
Efforts are made to strictly protect the eco-environment, i.e. air-quality to be up to the grade-one criterion of the international standard, the noise-control quality to be up to grade-0 criterion of the international standard, discharge of disposed sewage up to the standard required, 100% of protection rate of ancient building, 100% protection rate of old and famous trees, 98% protection rate of forest and vegetation, rare animals and those on the verge of extinction as well as various animals under national protection completely free from being killed, grade-one criterion according to “Standards of protecting and managing afforested areas in Nanjing” with regard to the rate and quality of afforestation.
Nvironmental sanitation kept:
Garbage, collected according to classification, is disposed and completely moved out of the scenic area daily. The tourist area is cleaned twice and monitored everyday so as to ensure that there is no accumulated water, no dirt, not cigarette butts, no fruit-peels and torn-out paper. The ground in the toilet should be free from accumulated water, urine, bad smell, spider-nets and accumulated excrements.
Orderly communications ensured:
Roads in the scenic area should be kept flat in order to ensure smooth communications during the peak period of tourism. The volume of the parking lot should meet the demands during the peak period of tourism. Buses and cars should be parked orderly according to regulations to guarantee their smooth movement.
He safety of tourists ensured:
Efforts are made to reinforce management over social order and tackle disputes in time to ensure the safety of tourists and their belongings. Such malicious criminal cases as gang-fight and robbery must be eliminated. There should be no feudal superstition as well as such law-breaking activities as “Pornography, gambling and drag-taking.” Undesirable group incidents should be prevented and safety for recreational facilities for tourists should be in conformity with regulations. In addition, emergency-oriented precautions should be prepared in advance and rehearsed at regular intervals.
